Tariff

EXECUTIVE ROOM
Single Occupancy	Rs. 3250/- + 15.15 % tax.
Double Occupancy	Rs. 3800/- + 15.15% tax.
DELUXE ROOM
Rs. 4250/- + 15.15 % tax.	Extra Person: Rs. 800/-

Taxes extra, as applicable. Check-in time: 12 noon. Check-out time: 12 noon. All major credit cards accepted. (except Diners) Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment Terms & Conditions:
	The following rates are subjected to direct billing. If the room charges and extras are billed to the company then 50% should be paid in advance and the rest 50% should be paid in 7 days after receiving the bill.
	One night retention charges will be levied on all no-shows and the retention charges would be waived off only if the cancellations are done 24 hrs prior to the scheduled arrival time.
	We would like to hold the rooms in absence of proper arrival details such as arrival timings, flight details up to 15:00 hrs only.
	All the reservations for the room will be hold for definite bases subject to the Fax, E-mail sent by your esteemed company.
